The Health Wagon is committed to serving the health care needs of the uninsured, underinsured, and disenfranchised in the mountains of Appalachia in Southwest Virginia. With over 1 million Virginians lacking health insurance, the current health care crisis cannot be overstated. The Health Wagon provides at no cost to its patients a full range of comprehensive health services. Education is a central tenant of the outreach.
