• "Individuals" (not affiliated with a group) will check-in by 11:00 p.m. on the 3rd floor of the Student Center - Check Desk (Bldg. 6 on Campus Map).  After 11:00 p.m., you will need to page (276) 328-7246.
• Individuals will be placed in McCraray and Henson Halls (Bldgs. 18 and 14).
• Rooms are based on double occupancy with a rate of 17.00 dollars per night/person with linens or 11.00 per night/person without linens.  Linens must be requested in advance, and will be distributed during check-in.  Upon check-out, leave linens in your room.
• These rooms do not have air conditioning, so you are welcome to bring fans to circulate the air if you want.
• In case of emergency, call campus police at (276) 328-COPS (2677).

Check-In Procedures

Thursday, July 24

Noon - 11 p.m. - 3rd Floor, Check Desk, Student Center (Bldg. 6 on Campus Map)

• Payment must be submitted at time of check-in
• We have a no pay - no key policy
• We only accept cash and checks
• Checks should be made out to "UVa-Wise Summer Conferences"
• There is a 50.00 dollar re-key fee for lost keys

Sunday, July 27

5 a.m. - 7 a.m. - 3rd Floor, Check Desk, Student Center (Bldg. 6 on Campus Map)

• Keys should be returned in the key envelope by 7 a.m.
• Linens should be left in your room
• There is a 50.00 dollar re-key fee for lost keys
